When ordering opens

The product page and checkout will show pack contents, the payable product price and available delivery options. Delivery charges and dispatch expectations must be confirmed before payment. We have not announced a free-shipping offer or a dispatch timeframe.

Existing orders and product concerns

Email info@sachetsco.com with your order reference, product and concern. Include the batch code and a photograph where useful. Do not send a return until we confirm the address and next step.
